I'm here just having my morning snack then I am off to start the house cleaning lots of bending and picking up and reaching and putting away. Sometimes I think that I break more of a sweat cleaning my house than anything else.

Good Morning Belly Busters!

I had a great day at the beach yesterday, it was long - I didn't get home and to bed until after 12:00, but good :D

I walked this morning for 3.1 miles

My plan for this challenge is to keep doing what I've been doing:

I eat between 1200-1500 calories a day
Walk 2.5 miles or more daily
Drink 72-100oz of water each day
My goal is to lose 2-3 pounds each week.

Ate well yesterday, and started off today well. I'm going to be spending my day running up and down stairs for laundry, and spending 2 hours at a volleyball practice. Also, just to let everyone know, I'm leaving for a volleyball camp tomorrow, and won't be back until late saturday. I'll post as soon as I can when I get back though!

Keep busting those bellys!!!

Hello fellow BB's

How is everyone doing. I've just started to count calories after keeping a journal for a week or so. So my plan for the challenge is to:
  1. Keep to 1500 cals per day
  2. Do cardio workout at gym 6 times per week
  3. include a morning walk everyday
  4. Do at least 3 weight sessions per week
  5. Keep smiling no matter what!

M2M - I'm so envious you spent the day at the beach. Its the middle of winter here and we love the beach. Where we live there are beautiful beaches all around us. Actually I really love walking on the beach on a cold winters day with the clouds all low and grey to match the sea.

Anyway, keep those bellies busting!:)
 
Especially for Twinmom, who felt like taunting, I'm sending you a superhero to help with the cravings... :) Pieman to the rescue!!! Able to leap... well ... nothing becauseof his love of pie.... mmmmm.. pie.. DOn't let that h appen to you...
 
Ok! Day three! I'm checking in before I head off to the airport! Weighed myself this morning, and got 204.5. Yeah, it's water weight (i'm pretty sure) but eh, It's still weight off. I promise to get right on and post the minute I get back.

Hey, chickies! Everyone sticking to your plans today? :D I will probably be back to my walking this evening. My TOM puts a damper on that, but I am anxious to get back on the road.

BTW - I peeked at the scale today. 224!
