OOOH MY ABS!! I THINK THEY FELL OUT OR SOMETHING!

Hehe, I'm just kidding. My abs are a little sore, but nothing that won't be healed up by tomorrow. I just finished up the Turbo Jam Ab Jam... 25 minutes of focused ab workouts is hard to get through! It was pretty fun though. :D

The DVD cover said the workout was 45 minutes, so I'm a little disappointed, but not too much because I don't think I could have made it ;) Also, my neck is kind of sore from all the different kinds of crunches, but in that "building muscles" kind of way, which is good because I do have a weak neck - heck its why I bought that ab roller a couple months ago (and I do still use it at least twice a week!).

Oh, and my calorie count for the day:
Breakfast - muffin (150)
Lunch - pita wrap (550)
First half of dinner - small caesar salad (250)
Second half of dinner - chicken breast (150)
Total: 1100

*gets out her Calorie Bank Card and deposits 200 calories to the bank!*

Morning, everyone! Blugh, I don't want to go to school today!! I got kept up pretty late last night, and its snowing AGAIN (the two aren't related at all, but they are both pretty crumby for this morning)! I just want to stay home in my jammies... I have a good deal of homework to catch up on too I could work on.

Hum, I'll go get in the shower and see how I feel afterwards.
 
oh I'm baaaad :p No school for the Beagle today.

I went back to sleep for like 3 hours too, wasted a good part of my day :( I still got time to get suff done though.

Breakfast and Lunch together is a bowl of Kraft Dinner, about 500 calories. I haven't had this stuff in months, I forgot how good it was :D And its really filling! I think around 5 I'll grab a Michelina's (200, I ate all the 300 ones already ;p), and then around 8 eat another. So, 900 calories. I guess I have room for a granola bar or even two if I get peckish in between.

As for exercise, after doing a good muscle build yesterday, I'm up for some cardio, so I'll go back to the 20 Minute Turbo Workout.

I had a snack of an orange and some cottage cheese. I think about 150. The Michelina's was 170. So, I'm up to 820 - rounding up to 850 because it makes it easier to add in my head ;)

Woops, forgot to check in last night before bed! Ended up with a total calorie count of 1100, so 200 more cals to the bank :D

Didn't get my exercise in though, because I felt gross all night. My mom has one of those acrylic nail kits, and decided to give herself a set last night, and the smell of all sorts of chemicals filled the house the whole evening, even with the windows open. When I complained she sprayed around some air freshener - great more chemicals! By the time the smell was gone I was really tired anyways and just went to bed.

So tonight, I have an extra 850 calories to play with - I doubt I'll use all of them, but its good to know I have a little extra room for a small bowl of ice cream or something after dinner :) I'll have to make extra sure that I get some sort of exercise in before bed!
 
OMG IT SATURDAY! I hope you have an awesome dinner! Don't fret about exercising tonight or not - it's your night.. you 'saved' up for it.. so enjoy and exercise tomorrow! You drank green beer? Did you go out last night? I'm so pissed because this damn snow! And don't get excited because it ain't goin away ant time soon. *sigh* CAll K-Rock! :) Hope to hear from you soon! :) Take care.
 
Ew no I didn't drink green beer. I don't even like it when its yellow (or orange, or whatever). I'm a martini kinda gal ;)

I gotta exercise though, or I'll just feel gross all damn night. Beside I promised Josh already (and I think he's starting to like watching me bounce around like a fool, even though he pretends to be working on his laptop).

Ugh, don't get me even STARTED on the damn snow :mad: Left for work in what should have given me 20 minutes for breakfast, and actually GOT there 10 minutes late! Stupid city plowers not doing their job *grumble mumble* Hopefully it'll at least be half-decent driving on the way home (though I'm not hoping too hard). Hex on the weather systems until they bring in some warm air for a PROPER spring. Foot of snow over night my ass...

Anyways, food today. I'm conserving calories, because I pre-emptively counted out dinner, and the steak, lobster and baked potatoe from The Keg will come out to over 1000 calories! :eek: Actually though, I'll be skipping the potato for a salad, and probably half the steak too(mmm leftovers tomorrow ^_^) because we're also getting drinks. So far today I've had a bacon and egg bagel - 550, and then for lunch a small caesar salad to make up for it - 250. So 800 so far. That uses up most of my 850 "banked" calories which means I have 1350 left for dinner. Holy crap I can't get over how much that is...

So dinner last night went well. Steak was 500 or so, the lobster tail 200, and a small caesar salad for another 200 - so the main course was 900. Josh and I shared a starter of garlic cheese shrimp (which meant I got 3 shrimp), so maybe another 100 there. I had a disappointingly small but very strong cocktail drink, I think it was called Asian Pear or something? I dunno, but it was mostly cognac and vodka. I think it was probably another 150. Hum, 1100 calories for dinner, that seems so naughty! 1900 total for the day, so I still had 200 calories left!

We went to go see Ultraviolet after dinner. I had read a lot of bad reviews about the movie, but I only went in expecting a lot of major ass kicking, and in that manner I was not disappointed. Its also very visually appealing. Just don't expect a coherent plot and you'll have a good time ;) Its just a fun, badass movie :D No snacks at the theatre, just a shared diet pepsi.

I was too tired after the movie (got in around 2am) to work out, but I got it done first thing in the uh, afternoon, right after I woke up. 20 minute cardio workout for the win! Then, I helped shovel the drive way, and also the back yard patio. Now that is a muscle workout!

All in all, I feel pretty good. I'm going to do my best to eat very conservatively today for a good weigh-in tomorrow :D
 
Hey buddy - hows it hangin'? Glad to hear your dinner was good, it sounded so awesome .. I can't wait for my turn! :) I figured you'd be tired after a night like that - who wants to work out afterwards? Anyways, I can't believe you paid to see ultraviolet! Haha.. where did you go for dinner by the way?
 
We were going to see V for Vendetta, but didn't really want to wait half an hour in a line in my heels. Anyways, sometimes I like seeing the dumb movies :p

We just went to The Keg. Its always way too expensive, but they are basically the best restraunt in town.
 
The Keg is good - Von's is amazing.. have you ever been there? It's kind of midievil style... great drinks and the have this steakcooker that only 3 restaurants in town have.. don't know who the other 2 are.. maybe the Keg! - they do have wicked steaks too.. .. but then again I don't have steaks much and am easily impressed haha. yeah, cheesy movies are fun sometimes! :D

- nachos with cheese and salsa - 300
