So I didn't get a chance to do my situps this morning since I spent too much time cuddling with Josh before getting in the shower :D I did do them after school though - 25 each on lower, upper, and both obliques! I'll get to the Turbo Jammin' after he goes home, probably in an hour or two. Also, holy smokes, my abs are sore!

I also don't think I'm going to have lunch today since its after 3, and I only had breakfast a few hours ago at 11. I'm not hungry so I'm not too worried about it.
 
You're really doing great! :) And enjoy that cuddling.. you can fit (obviously) those ab crunches later.. hehe
 
So because of the time that I spent with Josh today, I was only able to get in one workout, but I think I'm okay because I was under my calories for the day :)

Now I need to get to bed since I have to be up in six hours for work. At least it'll be slow and I can get some studying in while getting paid! :D

lol, Dana, I should get him to do the workout with me, but the closest I can get is getting him to bike to some DVDs in turn with me (only one bike) - I think Turbo Jam is just a little bit too girlish for him :p Not like he needs to lose much weight; we both got pretty fat together, but its just fallen off of him with barely any work (he doesn't have nearly the same eating compulsions that I do).

I haven't got to work just yet Cassie (am leaving in about five minutes), but I will be sure study hard :D

Woo, only two and a half hours at work to go! Though I bet the day would got a heck of a lot faster if I were allowed to access the internet at my desk rather than having to use the break room's connection (which you always have to be super-careful with because who know who's downloaded what kind of spyware). Course, if I had internet access I wouldn't get anything done, and I think they know that ;)

In any case, I've been eating my veggies slowly over the day, though its really annoying to get a call with a mouth full of half-chewed carrot - thank god for a mute button so I don't have to make people hear me chew and swallow really fast so I can talk to them!

God, I feel sick. I didn't eat that much for dinner but it seems like it was like three meals. It makes me want to lie down for a nap or something but I know sleeping right after eating is really bad. I don't want to exercise either because I might make myself sick in the very bad way if I start jumping around :(
 
So drink some water relax for a bit.. and then exercise.. :)

Oh and btw, buddy I did get some exercise intoday.. I walked the dogs.. in the snow! :D The little one was not appreciative! lol.. he hates the cold & wet.
 
I ended up going to bed early last night after wearing my brain out studying, didn't get *any* exercise done :( I'll have to make super sure to do it today!

Ugh, so I bought some tortilla shells to make some wraps or some such, and without really looking, I got corn ones, even though they're soft. They taste like cardboard!! I need to find something to do to make them taste better because I'd hate to waste them...
 
Beagle, to "save" your corn tortillas, cut them into 1/4's ( or 1/6). Lay them on a baking sheet in a single layer and spray with non stick spray (LIGHTLY). Sprinkle with a little salt or salt substitute, if desired, and bake at 375 degrees F. It will only take 10 - 15 minutes or so - once they start to turn golden take them out b/c they will keep cooking. Leave them on the tray to cool. Wah-lah. Tortilla chips :D I use these for turkey or veggie nachos or to dip in bean dip ( FF refried beans w/ hot sauce). Yum city! :) These are the only tortilla chips I can eat as I have a hard time finding low sodium prepared ones ( the water retention thing :rolleyes: )- even baked ones are hard to find here.

Another idea: bake them whole and use to make turkey or veggie tostadas ( a flat taco, basically. A little messy but REALLY tastey :D
