I would like to stick with our friday weigh ins from the july challenge, but that wouldnt' give us very many weigh in dates in august, so I'm gonna change them to monday weigh ins....but of course, feel free to do whats best for you..just keep us posted!!

Ok last weigh day was on July 26th so il go with that as my start weight as i weigh myself every tuesday


Start = 216 lbs

This is a very important month for me, as its the month where I am going to FINALLY reach a healthy bmi, after 3 years of dithering around on stupid diets thinking that I won't ever be a healthy weight again. If I work hard, it could also be the month where I fit into my new goal dress!

Goal for this month- Start counting calories EVERY DAY again!!! (from the 10th, as that is today)

3rd- 174.6
10th- 174.5 -100gs. But, erm... congested. BMI 25.7
17th-
24th-
31st-

5lbs = Would be fine.
7lbs = Great, will be 11-stone-something
9lbs = Absolutely bloody Amazing.

I'm gonna do a challenge this month! i've changed the last date to the first of september because i already have a mini-goal system that calls for a certain weight on the first of each month ;-)


August 01 - 157.6 (starting weight)
august 08 - 158.6 (I have my period - extremely depressed about this)
august 15 156.6 (yay! 2lb! - weird how it's always a .6)

I decided to drop the spinning class part of my goal... I don't enjoy spinning enough to force myself to do it twice a week. I enjoy it but not that much. :D

Alright, been here for almost a month so I think it's time to kick this into gear and get involved in one of these challenges!

I'd love to lose 10lbs, but if I could just get into the 15x's I would be extatic!:hurray:

Gonna ramp up my running I think, that should help me out quite a bit.
