August 4th= 221 lbs (my official starting weight)
August 6th = 219.5 lbs
August 13th = 219.0 lbs
August 20th = 217.5 lbs
August 27th = 213.0 lbs


Total lost = 8 lbs (This is a little less than 1% average per week, but I am ecstatic!!!)
 
I lost 1% of my bodyweight during July, so an improvement is way expected this month :)

Start Weight = 185.6
05 Aug =182.1 LOST 3.5, WOOP WOOP!!!
12 Aug =180 No weigh in

26 Aug =175 176.4, still going in the right direction :)

Five pounds down this month...I'll take it! :D I'm one pound shy of my goal for this month, but am very excited about this loss. I'm down 10.5 inches from my body this month and down a size in jeans. :driving: beep beep!

TOTAL LOSS: 4.8 pds


so 1% loss would be 2.3 pds /week

So, I didn't loose weight this week...but I'm not upset b/c after my bday I had gained 1.5 pds, so I am glad to have that back off already. I'm gonna make sure next month is a better month for loss....oh yea, and just the fact that I'm finishing the challenge is a GREAT thing by itself....it's the 1st challenge I've finished in a LONG TIME!!

Well i took off the weight I put on>I joined this thread because I have been consistantly loosing>This month however I have been working on taking it easy and taking care of me more, ie trying to rest and sleep...I work nights and it makes it a little hard to get the amount of sleep and such I need especially with a family.I need to step it up and continue to loose.

and exercising, but hey- at least I maintained, right?)

Hey, not quite a 1% each week, but that's more than 3% for the whole month! So I'm psyched.. and I had a major accomplishment yesterday with a 10 mile bike ride... now that was awesome! :)
