Weight-Loss August Monthly Challenge

Weight-Loss
So since being away from the WLF I have gained seventeen pounds back....

So my goal is to be 265-270 by the time my birthday comes on October seventh. I will be 31 and will still have 100 pounds to lose, but hey with all you peeps behind me, and my motivation back in tact... I am raring to go ... so here is to another month of summer and to the beginning of a beautiful Fall!!




Start Weight = 266.0
01 Aug = 268.8
08 Aug = 271.2
15 Aug = 275.4
22 Aug = 270.4
29 Aug = 271.0
Notice I am getting heavier, than thinner... lol :banghead:

I'm in again. Did 1.33% in July, if nothing else I'm going to better that total.

Thanks, I guess I should not worry about the speed and just enjoy the ride right? Aren't you the girl from South Africa? I've been there a few times. Bungee jumped off that bridge over the Zambezi (sp?) river.

....slow & steady wins the race right? I'm just glad I lost anything. I haven't moved all week... haven't eaten that much either though. Just enjoyed the sand & some great conversations.

19 Aug =(177)178.1 Almost almost :) (so happy with the loss though, 4 pounds!!!)

Okay, so I'm a little late on entering for the challenge, but better late than never! :)

and exercising, but hey- at least I maintained, right?)

22 Aug = 255 (I weighed myself today since I'll be going out of town
tomorrow and I've come to trust only the scale at my local
gym)

Quitting?! You lost 5 pounds in 10 days! That's more than most people can do in a month! Keep going, girl...you ARE doing this!! :driving:
