Let's try to lose 1 percent of your body weight a week for the month of August!

Feel free to change the weigh in dates to suit your needs. Don't worry if you don't lose 1 percent, do the best you can

I lost 1% of my bodyweight during July, so an improvement is way expected this month :)

How do you figure out what 1% of your body weight is??
 
multiply your weight by .01 and that's one percent of your body weight.

If you weight 200lbs then 1 percent is 2 lbs...
