Started keeping track again of my food, although I am being a little more lax in how I eat, still no junk food or alcohol, but I have been eating a little bit more at dinner.

2 lbs lost this week, and 2 lbs to go to being "OVERWEIGHT"... I am moving this week, and won't have access to my scale next wednesday. so I will be a couple of days late with my last weigh in, but I have absolute faith that not only will I meet the 10lbs lost this month, I will also no longer be obese!
 
Sorry everyine for not posting ..i was out of town, but still stuck on plan, i was going to order the nutrisystem foods but things arose and i couldnt ..so i have been eating better and walking a few times a week..here is my update

Well crap, I went the wrong direction this week. I've been working out harder than ever. (60 min. treadmill, 60 min. raquetball and 60 min. weights. daily) I'm lifting very heavy, so I'm hoping this weight gain was in muscle. Been eating right too. It is frustrating, because I wanted to get down to 170 lbs. by September 2! I will do my best in the last week and see where I end up.

Not a great month for weight loss. At least I'm making progress in the right direction. although it has been a rather slow. I did intense weight training all month. (1 hour, 6 days/week) I think that I'm looking better and have added some weight in muscle. Hopefully I'll be in the 170's by the end of Sept.!!!!!!!!! I'll try to decrease my portion sizes a bit this month and see if that helps.

Well this was quite an off month... I've been busy and haven't eaten too healthy. HOPEFULLY now that college is starting and I have more time(go figure lol) I can start losing consistently again
