First week I haven't lost something in 2 and a half months. It doesn't tell the whole story though. I was down to 347.X earlier this week. Actually, I hit 345.0, but I didn't count it due to being dehydrated and not eating much the day before. I've been lax on the exercise this week, and yesterday I had some unhealthy snacks at a work function. Not enough that I would call it a "binge", but definitely more than I should have. I think I'm sort of giving myself a break this week. Still controlling my diet (except for yesterday), but I think a week off from lifting weights will be helpful in the long run. Also, this will give me some time to see if I need to adjust my calorie intake after losing 25lbs - my weight loss has been slowing this month. So I'm not too upset, other than I'm probably going to be well off my goal this month, which will also put me in a tough spot for hitting my year end goal as well. Big thing is, getting remotivated and not letting this week turn into a bigger slide in the wrong direction, falling back into bad habits, etc.
