Shrinkymee2010 I limit my carbs and eat between 1400-1600 calories a day. I also cut out all sugars, I don't eat bread, and I drink nothing but at least a gallon of water a day. Plus exercise, at work I wear ankle weights and only use the stairs. I work in a hospital with 4 floors and I am always up and down them all day 8-10 hours. At home I speed walk the treadmill, workout videos, and just bought a bike. Exercise was really difficult at first at 260 my knees hurt all the time. After some of the weight has came off my knees and back feel so much better. The exercise is still not a piece of cake but it's gotten easier. I get such a awesome feeling after I'm done like I've really accomplished something. Thats a feeling I never got sitting on the couch watching tv all day. I don't think I could ever go back to that life style again. Best of luck to you for health and fitness.
