Shrinkymee2010 Welcome aboard!!!! Your starting close to where I started, I was 260lbs in May. You should have no problem making a 10lbs goal if you stick with it and get some exercise in. It took me so long to start bacause I thought it was all going to be so hard. The more I stick with it the more motivated I become which has made it so much easier. Shrinkymee2010 I limit my carbs and eat between 1400-1600 calories a day. I also cut out all sugars, I don't eat bread, and I drink nothing but at least a gallon of water a day. Plus exercise, at work I wear ankle weights and only use the stairs. I work in a hospital with 4 floors and I am always up and down them all day 8-10 hours. At home I speed walk the treadmill, workout videos, and just bought a bike. Exercise was really difficult at first at 260 my knees hurt all the time. After some of the weight has came off my knees and back feel so much better. The exercise is still not a piece of cake but it's gotten easier. I get such a awesome feeling after I'm done like I've really accomplished something. Thats a feeling I never got sitting on the couch watching tv all day. I don't think I could ever go back to that life style again. Best of luck to you for health and fitness.

I hope everyones week is going good. I'm trying to keep active which is sometimes hard when all you want to do is relax after work....

i've done it before. before i got pregnant with my twins. i'm not sure if its the diet or its me but when i focus on the diet i'm doing it works well. my big problem is really focusing and not taking too many cheats with the diet.

238lbs by the end of the month. I hope so! My personal challenge is to walk with my kids in the double pram for 1 hour per day (I have the route mapped out and did it today!)

1lb, 10oz, a bit disappointed but I had a big loss the week before. Also its only a short week this week isn't it? Hoping for a bigger change next week. Hope you guys have done well.
