I'm in. (I may adjust my weigh in dates though, hope thats ok)

Of course, whatever you'd like to do! :) I hassled a bit with the weigh in dates, but wanted to stay with thursday weigh ins because i think that is a better day than sundays for many people.
 
And thank you to all others for joining in! :) I am excited for our weigh in! I keep thinking august is so far away but it is just around the corner!! :D

I'm in (and new). currently 199 lbs. want to be down 10 lbs by august 16 when school starts for teachers and another 5 lbs hopefully by the time the kids come back. i've promised myself if i stick to this i can get a couple new outfits. which might be tmi for you but it helps motivate me...

My scales broke *cries*
So now I have to put up with my mechanical ones that are insanely inaccurate instead of my nice shiny digital ones!
So if my weigh ins look funny (for example 10 stone one day 30 the next) you all know why!

I'm in! I missed last months 10 lb challenge. We're doing a 20 lb challenge at work so maybe these will help keep me motivated!

I was pleased this morning to wake up at 221 lbs. I can't believe I'm so close to being in the 2/teens. My goal this month is to up my exercise and I really don't have a weight goal but guess I will shoot for 10lbs...
