So is there annyone up for an April weight loss challenge??
I aim to lose 8lb in the month of April

April 2 2010 -THis week was a bad week for me I ate way too much salt. Next week is water water water
[/April 09- ok so close to where I wanted to be last week but I didn't work out much in the last couple of weeks but I am officially in the 170's so that is good!I need to kick it up this week!!!!
april 16....I am so close to my goal this week 0.2 away!!!! congrat to everyone on here I hope that you will all have great results, I am going to try and make a chart that will track everyones success on here but I don't know that I can make it work!!!!

Starting Weight - 189.6 lbs
Goal weight 182.5 lbs
So I'm aiming for about a 7.1 lb weight loss.


April 1st =189.6 lbs
April 8th =187.8 lbs
April 14th =185.8 lbs
April 21st =184.6 lbs
April 28th =
April 30th =

5 lbs down! 2.1 lbs to go.
 
Start weight 76.6 kgs on 31 March

7 April - 75.4 kgs :)
14 April - 74.6 kgs
21 April - 74.6 kgs (had flu this week and didn't exercise)

I'd be happy with 73 kilos by the end of April
 
Starting weight: 235.8 (April 1)

April 9: 231.8
April 16: 232.4 (ukh, almost a pound higher this week)
April 23: 226 (better, but wish i wasn't cheating so much)

I am setting mini goals and as I reach that date I will either highlight them or put my actual weight.

April 6th = 154.5 154.0--> yeah!!
April 13th = 153 152.10-->yeah!!
April 19th = 151.5 150.0-->yeah!! One day early because I will be really busy tomorrow so I wanted to make sure I did it!
April 27th = 150

Goal Weight at the end of April: 150lbs--> New goal 148.5!

Well. I weighed myself today eventhough I shouldn't have and TOM is coming and it was 151.4 so a little gain. We will see how the rest of the month plays out...

April 23.... ok so I didn't lose this week but last night I ate Doritos so I am hoping it's the sodium I will be drinking a lot of water today and i will weight again tommorow morning and will see what the scale says!
Last week I was so close to the weight I was aiming for now I have fallen behind! I need to step it up big time next week so I catch up!!

Doing ok with getting out and exercising but not sticking to the diet plans. Too many cheat meals. But I passed the half-way mark to the 160s and that's encouraging me. Hopefully I'll get back on track this weekend...maybe if I'm lucky I'll meet my goal weight.

April 8th = 192lbs (191.8) yes, I hit it.
April 15th = 190lbs (189.6) good.
April 22nd = 188lbs (189.8) did not reach goal
April 29th = 186lbs

Well, it is official...

I did not hit my goal. I hit it last week and then my TOM came and now i'm 152.2. :(
