So I'm starting at 207.6 lbs... Yikes! (although it is that time of the month, so maybe that will help me.... ) lol hoping to be 197 by the end of April
I'm in (a day late!). I have a meeting with someone in May and we've been talking on the phone but I haven't seen him for a few months...so April is crunch time for more weight loss!!

My plan is 40 mins at the gym 3 days a week before work and 8 miles each evening at home on the exercise bike the rest of the time plus, eating 1400 cals a day.
Hmph. must stop weighing every day as I know a bit of fluctuating up and down is normal but I'm a 1lb more than yesterday...bah! Might see if I can stay off of the scales until next week.
