April Fools!

Today is my first weigh in, and I am SO ready to get to (at least) 315 pounds by the end of this month!!

GOAL: 315.0

Starting Weight - 189.6 lbs
Goal weight 182.5 lbs
So I'm aiming for about a 7.1 lb weight loss.


April 1st =189.6 lbs

That actually IS almost a pound down from my end of March weigh in. Yay!
 
I'm in! But not putting any expectations since they never work for me :(

So I'm starting at 207.6 lbs... Yikes! (although it is that time of the month, so maybe that will help me.... ) lol hoping to be 197 by the end of April :)
 
I'm in (a day late!). I have a meeting with someone in May and we've been talking on the phone but I haven't seen him for a few months...so April is crunch time for more weight loss!!

My plan is 40 mins at the gym 3 days a week before work and 8 miles each evening at home on the exercise bike the rest of the time plus, eating 1400 cals a day.

Can I still join? My weigh-ins are Wednesdays. My brother is coming to visit at the end of May so I have extra motivation!!

Starting weight March 31st: 150.2 lbs

Hmph. must stop weighing every day as I know a bit of fluctuating up and down is normal but I'm a 1lb more than yesterday...bah! Might see if I can stay off of the scales until next week.

Goal is to lose over a stone and hit 234lbs or below!

Great Idea! I'm into it. I think 2 lbs per week is a healthy goal.
My starting weight is 191. Goal= 183
