Weight-Loss April 2010 Challenge

Weight-Loss
I decided not to weigh-in today since it is so close to the end of the month.

I will weigh in Friday instead. I hope I met my goal.

Starting weight 194.

April 1st - 194 editted
April 8th = 192lbs (191.8) yes, I hit it.
April 15th = 190lbs (189.6) good.
April 22nd = 188lbs (189.8) did not reach goal
April 29th = 186lbs (188.8)__________________

didn't reach goal, but hey it was a loss and I can't complain about that!
Lost 6lbs in April!!! YAY!!

thanks Jay! Threads like this are really helpful for me, I tend to look at weight loss day to day, not month to month. Seeing the big picture really helps me stay motivated! I'm really afraid I've hit a plateau this week, guess we'll find out tomorrow!!
 
START: 201.4
GOAL: 190.0 - actual 197 so 4.4lbs lost

April 01: 201.4
April 08: 198 - actual 199.2 (missed 3.4lb loss by 1.2)
April 15: 195 - actual 198.8 (missed 3lb loss by 2.6)
April 22: 192 - actual 199 (meh. but ToM) (missed 3lb loss and put on 0.2)
April 30: 190 - actual 197 (lost goal of 2lb)

I'm takign the positives which are that I lost 4.4lbs - less than I wanted to in a month, but still 4.4lbs I've shifted :D Plus, this was my first proper month of exercise and calorie counting - focused weight loss rather than "well, I might give it a go" so I expect great things of May!!

So 5.6 lbs lost this month. Not bad considering how the month went. I sincerely thought I would have a gain!

On to May!

So I'm aiming for about a 7.1 lb weight loss.

.3 lbs short of my goal. So close.

well I met my goal, but I gotta say, I'm not happy that in the past 3 days I've only lost .2 pounds :(

Ok so I lost 4lb this month and I am very frustrated with myself I am like 5 pounds away from my goal weight I have to work extra hard in May. Congradulation to all participant whom finished the challenge! I started a May challenge and I hope to see you there!!!!

Hmm.. that's not good. Life's getting too busy. Will have to get my motivation back for May.
