I'm so proud of myself! What a great day back! Thanks so much everyone for all the inspiration!!!

Breakfast
Choc doughnut 170 (bad I know but hey I didn't know I was getting back on track...besides if that's what I need to feel good and stay somewhat on track then so be it lol)

Daily Total: 1,240 Calories!!! (I actually was going for 1500- but I just couldn't eat anymore since I didn't get home until late...wow yayyy!)


Oh yeah I'm proud of myself! I didn't make it to the gym though. But Greg and I were going to the batting cages and I needed to borrow my bro's bat, so instead of driving down there I ran!!! :) That's a huge step for me. I feel great tonight! So I ran there and back (not far, just down the street but still), then to the batting cages (which is fun, not exercise but it works!), and then we walked around the mall. Then we ate dinner, and went and jumped on my bro's trampoline! I forgot to mention yesterday I jumped on that thing for 3 hours!!! Talk about some calories burned! lol! Today we jumped on it for about an hour! Although I didn't go to the gym, I definitely got my workout! Oh yeah then we went bowling for 2 hours! lol! :D

It must feel great to be back and you did do awesome! And the batting cages, running, and bowling are all terrific workouts. So glad to see you back in the game!
 
you don't always have to go to the gym to do exercise and you just showed us that :) way to go sounds like you had a blast! im so happy for you :D
 
Thanks so much everyone! I'm so psyched! It feels really great to be back! I'm so glad I had such a great first day back too! Oh yeah and I did the calculations for all the "exercise" I did yesterday, and I burned about 800 calories. It's sooo exciting because it was all FUN stuff. I wish it could be like that everyday!
 
Thats so funny, when I went to bed last night I thought about how great the day was and I wish every day could be like that. Really it can be, it just depends on our attitudes about it. How's today going for you??
 
Thanks for posting girly! Yeah, when you think about it...it's up to us to make the day go that way. I think over the summer I'm going to be on the trampoline like every day! haha! Today...so far so good. I'm sore and feeling great! I'm going to Greg's though so it will be my first "test" away from home. I'll pass with flying colors! :)

YAYYY! Still well under my calorie goal of 1500! I know I know, they aren't healthy choices. I have to work on that. I have been trying new things lately though. I just don't like them. I'll keep trying. In the meantime, I'm just focusing on my calories. No exercise today, just walking around the mall is about it. LOL! Still a great second day...I'm happy with it! :)
 
I'm glad you're so excited to be back! That's so great. I know you don't like fruits and vegetables, but I was wondering if maybe they could become an acquired taste for you, if you added just a little bit a day until you were used to them. For example, I never ever liked diet soda, and I always drank a ton of regular soda. I was really sensitive to it, and if I was at a restaurant and ordered soda and they brought me diet I would know right away and I wouldn't even be able to drink it. But now, since I haven't had regular for four months and I've been drinking diet I like it now and I get suspicious in restaurants when they bring me my drink. I can never even tell, I always have whoever I'm with "test" it for me, because it tastes so sweet to me now. Acquired tastes-they do happen. I think you're doing great calorie wise, I just worry your body isn't getting enough nutrients. Maybe you should take a multi-vitamin. Anyway, nevertheless you're doing great and I love how pumped you are!

Fuunky~ Thanks for that. I really need to try and make some adjustments. I do have some vitamins, I believe I'll start taking those again. I tried an orange yesterday! lol! BLEH! I love the juice though lol! But the texture just kills me. I'll keep working on it! Yesterday I was sitting there and I was like man I really wish I liked lettuce. LOL! You know, I WANT to like all that good stuff but just blah. When I go to the store, I'll buy some apples. That will be my start, at least I like those. Only green and yellow though. LOL I'm so picky it's horrible!

Well, improvements are on their way. I'm just excited to be under my calorie goal. Do you guys think that my calorie goal is an "ok" one? Just wondering what you thought. :) I love you girls!!!
 
What veg, salads do you like mate? I will see if I can find some recipes that have them in them for you. You are doing great though good on you for starting on apples. :D
 
Your calorie goal sounds good to me! Good job getting started on the apples! btw...I LOVE ORANGES!!! LOL
 
Thanks girls! Rosered...thanks for trying. LOL! I don't like any vegetables...not a single one. Well, except potatoes but those don't count. LOL! I used to chew up grapes for the juice and then spit them out. Did the same thing with oranges. LOL! Or I'd squeeze the juice out into my mouth, and my papaw would eat the rest of the orange. Haha oh memories! Hmmm all this talk about apples...I want one! :)
 
1500 for a calorie goal sounds good to me(its where im at :) )have you tried kiwis or maybe strawberries or melons there pretty good and low cal. i love apples slices w/ some cottage cheese to dip in weird i know but i love it.
