Thanks girl! I just seem to feel a lot better at 1500.I didn't feel bad before but you know what I mean. :) Hmm Kiwi I haven't ever tried. Strawberries I have tried but maybe I'll try them again.

Thanks for the encouragement. I really do feel good about things. Anytime!!! I love to try and help everyone else because this forum is what has gotten me going again! :)
 
Hey since you like the juice but not the fruit why don't you try making a yogurt smoothie you might like it that way ; )

Hehe...nice to back. Try some plain yogurt with some frozen strawberries and oj. Or one that I like is frozen vanilla yogurt and some oj it taste like an orange creme popsicle. Remember I was on liquids for two weeks...lol.
 
heres one i used to do (my kids thought it was icecream until they learned the evil truth lol)
1c of milk
1c of frozen strawberries(or 1/2c of strawberries and 1/2c blue berries)
1 tsp of vanilla
and some sugar or substitute to taste
blend until smooth(add more or less milk depending on the thickness you want)
you could use yogourt in place of milk
sometimes i would add 1/2 a banana for a change :)

Not bad, not bad at all. I wasn't hungry all day and then after bowling I was...so I had the pizza and breadstick. (MY snacks are bigger than my meals? lol! Strange!) BLAH bad I know but I really didn't want anything else. Oh well I still feel good about it. I really need to go shopping though!!
 
Thanks girls! :) I'm trying! I really feel like I want to get on the scale. I guess maybe just because I'm back on track now. I got back up to 190 in my time off (that's what I was last time I weighed). :( I figure I had to have lost something since then...even if only a pound! Anyway! Ugh I have a dilemma today...nothing for breakfast or snack. The only thing I have is choc pudding. Is it better to eat that, or nothing at all???
 
why don't you get some "on the go bars" or something of that nature, wont' help you today, but maybe next time you miss breakfast.

I'm feeling pretty disappointed in myself about that because it was stuff I didn't need. I wasn't hungry, I just wanted them. Ok well once those are gone, they're staying out for good. And I don't mean that I'm going to eat them until they're gone.

Daily Total: 1,650 Calories (OY! :( )

Blah what a horrible day. Lesson learned...be sure I eat SOMETHING before lunch. Ok well I guess there isn't much more to say about the day. It was just bad. There's nothing I can do about it now except learn from it...So...Friday will be better! I'm sure of it! :)

I know it sounds like a lot of food that I ate but everything was VERY small portions...except the baked potato mmm! Anyway! I'm soooo extremely proud of myself. Greg really wanted to go out to dinner and of all places, we went to Ponderosa. It was my first successful dinner at a buffet. I'm so psyched now! I just can't believe that I actually controlled myself. I'm on top of the world! LOL! :D I even stayed away from the dessert bar!!!

I'm sure a little later I'll have a snack. But all in all, today has just been a GREAT day! :)

All bad food for me I know, but that tends to be the way it is on the weekend. I'm just glad I didn't let myself go wild. LOL Healthier choices through the week. Ok well maybe not so much healthier but, less fast food at least.
