Once again thanks everyone for all the support its amazing...
I'm slowly getting around to everyone's diary the overall message is I'm here if you need me...I had lunch around 1:30pm it consisted of
4oz portion of boneless skinless chicken breast grilled( I can remember when i could down a whole chicken by myself...finger licken good
) I seasoned it with a little mrs dAsh. A little bit of Ketchup is what set it off though...(you'll notice i love ketchup)
You know I think Mrs Dash is just a season to trick your mind into thinking there is seasoning on there... I really don't taste nothing
1 cup of steamed Broccoli flowerettes no butter a little black pepper.
1/4 cup of Brown rice yield 3/4 when cooked(yuck but it cleans out the system pretty good
sorry for all those who are sensitive to that subject)
1 bottle 16.9 fl oz of water Ive taught myself to drink nothing but water the reason I say taught is because I was a real dr pepper head
I'm so suprised I eased off of it so easily. I mean it was Dr pepper day in and day out I loved that stuff I'm limited down now to 1 DIET Dr pepper on my one cheat day which is usually Sundays ( I go to a Baptist church those of you who go also know what i'm talking about)
I'm feeling real good about this Life Change. I keep telling my friends that the enjoyment i'm going to get out of this is that I know I can work hard for something and also speaking from someone who has not seen themselves as a thin person I would really like to be the first witness. I think that is what keeps me going. Oh yeah and the fact that I have some HATERS that say I can't do it
I get such joy in proving people wrong. I'm one of those people who when they tell me I can't do it I do it just to see their face crack
and fall to the ground. LOL Anyway I'll write a little more later on you guys and gals stay strong
