Hey Everyone...

I have a few friends and myself that are needing to get our shit together and restart so to speak...

My idea is this...

We have this thread use it for support and create our own whatever we are gonna follow, lol...lost my words.

Set our own goals and routine to follow and check in here for support and accountability for our actions...

Each week we can set one goal for ourselves to follow.

What to do ya think...who wants to join me?

Oh we will start on Monday...June 8th I believe. We will Record start weight on Monday and how abt inches as well and we can just continue one.We ourselves each week on whatever day you weight in and etc...

Okie Day. :) I will give it a shot. How long are we goin for Cinderelly?:driving:

I guess with that said, I will myself give it a good 2-3 week shot, and if when the support drops/fades because it usually does..in my experience for support threads on here, I will say Good Luck to Everyone in this thread. :smash: (that's if there are a few that even join)

I know a few ppl who will do this, i have been busy and unable to post link to diaries yet...however long you choose to do it is up to you...

I'm in. I am dreading weighing in though. I haven't been good with the exercise or eating healthy lately as my emotions have been all over the place with losing another baby and such but anywho. I'm totally in and ready to lose this weight.

Margaret, did you ever post before and after pics anywhere in this forum? I almost fainted when I saw your ticker. You could be in the magazines! :) Many congrats!

I will join ya'll in this challenge. Tomorrow is a free trial day at a local kickboxing and MMA gym. Anyone ever seen the episode of Friends where Monica's boyfriend decides he wants to be the next ulitimate fighting champion? Well, that's what I want to be. LOL. J/K. I don't even think I want to compete. Just train, lose more weight and get in great shape. ;)

I'll let ya'll know how it goes. Hope everyone has a good first day!

Derrick

Hey Cerella, I am sooooo freaking in...lol.
I will get my measurements taken asap.. *maybe tonight* and will post my goals for this month. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!

Boooo I binged, I know it wasn't a BIG binge, so I did good there, but still, I am having huge problems with not eating late at night. I am trying to head to bed earlier, but it just doesn't fly. I ate at midnight. (Midnight snacker) I should be sleeping. UGH I almost made it one whole day without constantly checking the scale.

Goals:

- Only check the scale once in the morning after my run

- To lose one pound a week, or every two weeks, so be at my goal weight on August 23 or November 7.

- I really would like to lose these darn obliques, tummy, and thighs/bum..I've lost only a tad there

-Slowly incorporate a faster run time, and more distance

-Slowly incorporate other exercises..

-Get up at 4:30-5:00 again for my runs, and get to bed earlier

-Take my 30 min walk for the day, in the afternoon, anywhere, bring the camera (This is Crucial for me) I tend to stay in due to anxiety about being out with ppl. It helps keeps things balanced.

That's kind of it for now, I guess. I have added a sweet day to my week though as well.

I am 24 @ 6', I'll weigh in the morning, going to head to bed now, wish me luck. ;)
Oops so outta those goals, I will shoot for the 30 mins walk in the afternoon everyday. :D

I hope everyone is well. :seeya:

Weigh In: 136 lbs

My goals...

Am going to try The Master Cleanse for at least 5 days if not 7...Im gonna push for 7 days but 5 will be okay...(Starting Tuesday)

For exercise this week (my activity level needs to be low/moderate with the cleanse) I plan to walk in the ams after work, ride my bike in the evenings and do Yoga...try to get some tennis in with the girls.

I think Im gonna make weekly goals...these are my goals for the week.

Whoa what is the "Master Cleanse"? Is that like the Cabbage Soup diet thing? I am curious...

I've been drinking two cups at least of this Black Decaf coffee, for my ah...ahem, daily cleanse..:hurray: :D

Those sound like some awesome goals Cinderelly!! Sounds like a Blast!

Well I've seen a ton of friends Derrick, I was 11 when they first broadcast the show. But can't say I specifically remember that one, sorry. ;) But from the month to month pic challenge it looks if though you are working on the 6 pack as am I. :)

Great work so far Omega! You are rockin it!! And do they seriously tell you off? They yell at you & get mad? Yikez.:willy_nilly:

Oh I am really sorry to hear that momma4alex, I hope you are doing better.

OK PPL LET'S KICK SOME ARSE!!! BOOYA!!!

That is awesome Omega! Almost unbelievable.

You owe it to yourself to find a good photographer and have them take some current photos of you in your favorite outfit. Do you have any friends that are good with a camera? That is one of my most passionate hobbies right now. I love taking candid portraits of people and trying to capture their beauty, whether it be a real smile, a laugh or just catching them at their best angle. Best of all I love seeing the look on their face when I show them the photo.

I had a good day today, exercise and eating wise. I should have a deficit of about 500 calories. I actually worked out twice. I swam and stretched a lot at lunch and then I did kickboxing from 5:30 to 6:30.

good morning everyone!!! How are we all doing??? You know, I just purchased the book "YOU on a diet" does anyone have this? do you like it??

looks like i'm in the club w/ a bunch of big loosers here! wtg! although I've been at this for years, i feel like such a newbie in the way that there are so many things out there I just feel like I don't know where to turn anymore, ya know?? grrr

Omega, have you ever done any resistance training at all? You sound like you have the cardio mastered, to be able to do that much is very impressive. I don't know anything about slimming world. It is obviously a good program for you but a light resistance program could help you tremendously in ways you never imagined. You will need good muscle and muscle strength for the rest of your life and if anything it usually makes women look lean and healthy, not big and bulky. I'm sure you know this, I was just curious if you were at that point yet. Also, you can even get away with eating a tad more and even gaining a few pounds while actually losing inches. I've seen it at our local gym and my wife is a perfect example also. Maybe just another option to keep in the back of your mind if you ever get burnt out or feel like making a change. I like changing things up. Keeps me interested. :coolgleamA:

Hello Korrie,

I am pretty new to all this stuff. It can be very overwhelming at times for me. Right now I am going through some things and for the past three weeks, I've noticed my running becoming slower and slower, and that I've been getting out less and less, and that is most likely why my weight has pittered off. I am also bummed that I will never be the shape I once was due to getting older and growing hips! :ack2: So now I have to accept that, which is difficult for me to do at times.

My eating has been whack.

I've lost weight so I guess that's a good thing. One of my aims here. :iagree: < oh look IT agrees with me. Looks like a lil m&m with eyes.

I can't say that I've even heard of that book. The only books I have here that are close to diet/workout books are Reader's Digest "Foods That Heal, Food's That Harm", oh maybe I do have some workout books, Vogue Beauty, and Bobbi Brown's Living Beauty.

I think this is the time for me to step out and get some Professional Help because I've come to that stage, where those last pounds aren't budging and I SHOULD (no matter how much I resist) be doing some strength & resistance training. *weights* <And those two aren't things I know how to do on my own.

For the most part I need lots of these :chillpill::chillpill::chillpill:, right now.

Omega can you post what an average week of food looks like for you please? I am also curious as to where every day public can purchase WW foods? Just for the lower calorie foods, such as their 49 cals piece of breads...Or is that only for members?

When you got down to those last few pounds, were they stubborn as ever? Or did they just come off the same as all the other weight did?

What is PCOS? Thanks
