A new beginning...

Thanks chica!! :D I really appreciate it. :)

No lectures here either... Only support! You're not giving up, you're renewing your commitment despite the setbacks - that is applaudable, so go for it!
Good luck with 5k, it is a great fitness goal! Yeah to the new start!

Theres nothing better than a new fresh start to really make you feel good!

Good luck w/ the new job hun, this is an exciting time in your life!! cherish it!

Good job, Dana! I like your positive note idea. it will help you keep positive outlook! And you know, sometimes just sticking to the calorie limit is very hard, so at the end of the day, if you can do it, pat yourself on the back and celebrate this accomplishment! Because, guess what, day by day, it will all add up to pounds lost!

hey, i remember in one of kates posts she talked about late at night when you are starving think about how your body is eating its fat...sounds gross but it totally helps me NOT go graze around the house.

just a thought. ;)

Skyler, I know what you mean, I actually DID do that last night. Kept reminding myself, that my cutting back, must be working!! The hunger pains are actually my body gnawing away at that extra fat! ;) chomp chomp!!

Another notion is if you've ever seen those big chunky things that are examples of 5lbs of fat, its digusting!! That should cure us all !

oh my goodness.....chomp chomp chomp! ha!

yes, i've seen those pounds of fat - it is really gross - that actually helps me sometimes as well...just thinking it is under my skin grosses me out.

whatever works,right?

Yeah, just looking at myself grosses me out sometimes, because I see (and can actually hold in my hand) layers of fat... Yuck... My hat is off to you though... I can't handle hunger like that... If I'm really hungry, nothing will gross me out enough.

That Is An Awsome Idea On The Chunks Of Fat Lol You Are So Right That Is Enough To Motivate Ya When Your Laying Or Sitting There!! You Can Do This And It Is A Fresh Start!

Five Pounds of Fat

Just in case you were wondering what it looked like!!! This should motivate us all!! I think I have one of these on each of my thighs!!

Yeah, hope you stay under your calorie limit and get some exercise in! Enjoy your last day at work!
