A new beginning...

Great job running w/ two dogs! I doubt I could ever do that. One of mine would collapse panting and the other one would pull my arm out of the socket. Keep up the good work!

Sounds like you got tons of exercise in last night! Way to go! :)

Thanks ladies.. :) you guys are truly what keeps me rolling along!! ;)

Unfortunately, I apparently turned off my 5:15am alarm and didn't get up until 6:20. :( No gym this morning. I was all set to go!! However I DID manage to get my taxes e-filed last night. Phew!

So I weighed in at 159lbs this morning!! That's down 2lbs from Monday's weigh in at 161. I def. think TOM is playing a huge factor into this. :D but still makes me feel much better!!

Breakfast: bagel 275 calories (altough w/ cream cheese is the bomb Hypo!)
Lunch:Taco Salad. Uh. :( 830 calories  Not good!!
Subtotal:1105 calories
Newly Planned Dinner: Fruit n' yogurt parfait 160 calories

Goals for today: I WILL hit 10,000 steps and remember to keep the pedometer on! I WILL go to the gym tonight! :)

Other thoughts for the day: I get my employee packet today for the new job. I'm really excited about it. Its an employee manual and some misc. contracts/forms to fill out. Its really exciting just to know more about the job. They're also giving me some samples of old advertising pieces so I can start brainstorming new ideas for this new location. Should be really great! I'll also get to see what the commission pkg contains too! It looks pretty promising! :)

Korrie: Thanks so much! You know I am a lot happier. I would be so down every morning when I knew I had to come here to work. I have so little to do, and even now while I"m here for the last two weeks, its SO much nicer knowing I have this new exciting job to go to. :) And.. thanks about the loss. thanks NL!!!!! you know that i am dying not being able to exercise so i am so glad that yall are getting it in :)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey NL, good for you for staying on the elliptical for 25 minutes. 20 minutes is about all I can stand. Not really because I can't handle the workout, but shear boredom! ;)

Have a great day! :D

NL, good job on workout! Good for you! Be proud of yourself!

BTW, when you need some low calorie dinners, you can do a small serving of boneless skinless chicken breast with lots of veggies! For 200 calories you will be full and satisfied, and low on starches! Play with spices and sauces for both chicken and veggies, and it will be really yummy. Chicken noodle soup is also a great low cal and filling option.

I do the same thing - if my lunch happens to be too big, I try to go light on dinner. Can't have yogurt perfeit though, need something with more substance. :)
