So we are starting tomorrow January 6th???? And we will total points each Tuesday?

This is just what I need to keep me on track!!! OOOOOOUUUUUUUU!!!!!! :)
 
It almost seems like we need more than two teams with all those people!

Right now 40 people have expressed an interest in participating. I'm not that fond of having lots of teams because honestly in every challenge I've participated in lots of new members and even some regulars drop out. Perhaps since its the New Year and everyone's super stoked that wont happen though. How about we see who sends me their email addresses and starting weight tomorrow and we figure it out. But I'm not sure we can just lump all the people with no team preference into one team and leave the other two as is because that might not be fair as many new members drop out of the challenges before it ends. So that could entail redistributing the current teams, which wouldn't be nice.

I'm so excited! I've been gone for one day and look at it now! going crazy! I can't wait to smack talk, but I mean can I be on a team?? Right now I'm sadly unassigned. Can't wait to start tomorrow!

Sorry I know I said no preference but could you put me on team 2.. I hope I'm not causing any trouble..


Also another thought.. the word "eliminated" seems so harsh.. And since the challenge is only 6 weeks.. only 6 people will be eliminated.. and I know if I happen to be 1 of 6 out of 40 to be eliminated I'll be pretty bummed!! And that won’t be the best way for me to start the new year.. I could be the only person to feel this way if so that’s ok.. but does anyone agree with me?? I think the challenge should be the full 6 weeks and the winner should be named at the end... and still total the points at the end of every week to see how much harder we need to work it to win the challenge!!!! Or something along those guidelines so no one gets discouraged... anyways just a thought.. if everyone disagrees that’s ok and I won’t care at all.. but just wondered what everyone else thought about the idea??

Ha I just finished my night shift, lol...I thought this said, I just did 35 miles on my tredmill, I was like WOW, ambitious and amazing:D!
 
Claudia, since I am creating the spreadsheet I will put my weight in that and set up the "example" for everyone for their data entry.
