What was your ass doing this morning hun? I may have been talking the talk... but I was walking the walk too! I've already got an hour of cardio in, along with an hour and a half of a killer weight session today, AND THE CHALLENGE HASN'T EVEN STARTED!!!

Karl, I'll take that team 1 challenge. I'm not ready to talk smack because I'll only brag about what I have done, and right now I haven't done anything. Watch out, though. This is a running month for me, and that means some serious weight loss. Now it's time to put up, or shut up.
