i'm subscribing just to keep myself motivated :) i saved the spreadsheet since i'm not officially in the challenge and will keep myself in check that way :D you people doing it is the best motivator for me. we can do it :D :hooray:
 
I have a question? What about the picture challenge.. where are we posting before pictures??

Sorry for the delay in responding.

I will post a separate picture thread shortly and everyone who is interested can add in their before pic. I'm not sure I'll be participating because frankly this stomach is HIDEOUS. Possibly I will show my "after" pic but I realize I will not be able to win the "Biggest Transformation Contest".
 
Well I'm going to be fully clothed in my pics I don't want to scare anyone.. lol.. but ill be looking for the pic challenge!! thanks

Lena, definitely keep calculating your points because I have a feeling there will be at least one no show. If so , we will add you in. We will find out on Wednesday. Thanks for playing along in the meantime!

All points need to be entered by Tuesday 12pm EST. You should enter your weight for either Mon or Tues (your choice).

WEEK 2 BONUS POINTS

You will get an additional 5 points if you do an additional hour of exercise in Week 2. So that means you need to complete your standard 4 hours, plus 1 more for the extra 5 points.
 
I added Week 2's challenge to the "Bonus Challenges" tab in our spreadsheet.

I also wanted to point out that there is a chat room feature in the spreadsheet in case you want to chat (like yahoo IM) with others in the spreadsheet. To access the chat feature go to the upper right corner where is says "and X others are viewing" or "viewing now" (1st pic below circled in red); click on the arrow to the right of the text and a chat box will pop down (2nd pic below). If there are more than one colored box at the top of the chat box that means other people are in the spreadsheet and you can chat with them.

Try it out!! Hopefully someone is in the room to chat with you. LOL
 
Relly, you look so pretty in your pics. Love your hair! These are supposed to be posted in the transformation pictures thread. No biggie but people will be checking there for people's pics so feel free to move them if you want them to be with the other people's pics. Or keep em here if you want..ya know we're flexible in this challenge :).

Just to clarify, it's a max points of 105 for 5 hours, not an additional 5 for each hour over 4. Is this correct?

How much strength training are we supposta get in ? Does boxing count as strength ? Oh but Yoga does, ka, im good, i was freakin gout thinkin I didnt get my strength in, but ive been boxing and doing yoga!LOL

I was looking at my total and saw that it didn't give me full points. It looks like the sum formula is N27 +D29 (instead of N27 +V27) I'm not sure how to change it, and I don't want to mess around so I just left it.

A quick check shows that it seems like my field is the only one off (except for the person who plugged in the value herself.)

Right, it maxes out at 5 hours.

Do yall think we should do more hours sometime? I wasn't sure if people had time to do more and figured you're appropriately working toward your goals if you're exercising 4 to 5 hours a week. But if y'all are into it I could do an increased exercise bonus some other week..

Or have it on going additionally, I was upset cuz you are doing this now , when everythign I am doing starts up next week, however one more hr of exercise shouldnt kill me.

You are saying if we do 5 hrs of exercise we get an adittional 5 points right, lol>

I think you should have it introduced now and then have it continue on weekly...
