WEEK 2 BONUS POINTS
You will get an additional 5 points if you do an additional hour of exercise in Week 2. So that means you need to complete your standard 4 hours, plus 1 more for the extra 5 points.
Relly, you look so pretty in your pics. Love your hair! These are supposed to be posted in the transformation pictures thread. No biggie but people will be checking there for people's pics so feel free to move them if you want them to be with the other people's pics. Or keep em here if you want..ya know we're flexible in this challenge .
Just to clarify, it's a max points of 105 for 5 hours, not an additional 5 for each hour over 4. Is this correct?
Right, it maxes out at 5 hours.
Do yall think we should do more hours sometime? I wasn't sure if people had time to do more and figured you're appropriately working toward your goals if you're exercising 4 to 5 hours a week. But if y'all are into it I could do an increased exercise bonus some other week..
