No problem. First fantasy is free. After that I have to charge. Quickees are half price. And anything involving latex has special charges.
Funny, you're on the same fee schedule as I am

Yep, EVO is one tough MOFO!
Best wishes,
Chillen
nice strength man...wow. how heavy are you?
and how long have you been lifting?
206 as of yesterday. Ohhhh...off and on for like 4 or 5 years.
Evo, if you stayed "on", who knows how strong you'd be right now. You obviously have "natural" strength.
What are your goals right now? Are you going to pursue powerlifting, but still train periodically for the events at the highland games? Or are you going to pick one discipline and just stick with it?
Thanks. I'm able to be a lot more consistant now that I'm out of school.
The Highland Games will always come first. The powerlifting will be an off-season fun thing.
On an off-note, I'm freakin hung over and tired. The show was awesome. 1 punk band, 1 Celtic rock/punk band, and a ska band. We got in about 1 last night. They were selling Harp for a buck last night.
That would explain everything...I wouldn't expect any beer lover to pass that up!
Phase III
Week 1; Day 1
A)Military Press:
Warm up sets-barXlots, 95X10
Work sets-135X5, 145X5, 155X8
B1)Military press:110X10X5
B2)chins:bwX10, 10, 10, 8, 9
Frustrating that I'm not gaining any on chins. Of course I could just lose some weight and that would fix the problem.
