5/3/1 I Smell a Kilted One

I thought the Evo was tough? :) :) Losing weight solves the problem....uh...well....lighter weight....same strength (keeping things equal), uh....does possibly equal doing more chins......no brainer, boss, man! :)

One being an Evo-lutionist in training solves the problem with the present weight, and performs certain actions to get this going.........:)

And, its nothing evo-lutionary....really, when Evolution thinks about it ;)

Gawd high rep+decent volume deadlift sets suck in a good way.

Awesome. We're gonna go out in the f'n cold and do some throwing cause we have some friends from Texas comin' up wanting some pointers. Tis okay...if I can stand out in the cold and watch my classes run a mile, then I can throw in the cold. :)
