What are you looking for in a snack? Strictly that it be low fat and low cal? I am not fond of celery at all, but I do fine if it is with some all natural peanut butter (can also do apple and PB). You could have half a can of tuna with a bit of light mayo and a pickle. Yogurt makes a good snack as well. Really anything could be a snack, take what you would eat in a meal and just have a smaller portion (last night's dinner could be today's afternoon munchie!).
