having a totalk diet overhaul tomorow- well now really, but mondays are better, im gna start posting more in here, i think weekly weigh ins or something- but there is no freaking way im weighing myself tomorow :s

Hi! I just joined and it's nice to have people to talk to. I'm 17 and 5'9 and weigh aprox. 142 lbs. ( I don't weigh myself often 'cause I dont want to get discouraged) I'm really active and at a healthy weight but I want to get rid of that EVIL lovehandle hip fat and shave a bit off my thighs. I joined a gym and I've lost about 20 lbs over the last 2 years but lately I havent been able to really lose that extra bit. SO ANNOYING! I'm so close! And I eat really healthy and consume the right number of calories so whats wrong?! Maybe I just need a bit more time? It's also hard when you're a culinary student and HAVE to try everything, no matter how fatty. GRRRr!
