10 pounds loss Diary

Aby- It is tough staying on track at this time of the year. Try to relax & not worry & actually enjoy the treats. When Christmas is over get back on track. Another year is almost at the end. Although i feel more slim because of a lot of exersising activities like going to gym, dance lessons, tennis playing, swimming i don' t see a lot of difference at the weight. I take and loss 6 pounds constantly. I try to be stable at my lower for this year but i haven't be there still. Just so little for the end of this year and i think that i will continue my diet plan at the next year. Have you reached your diet goal during this year? Sorry, i continue my answer, and i eat everything that i haven't eaten the previous period before holidays. Today i ate a lot of sweets and pies. I tell myself to stop it but it seems that my self control today don't want to work.However i don't want to lose my good work all the previous months so i should avoid pies and sweets from now on. I just give that promise myself and now i will write when i don't keep it. That's a really challenge! I just wonder how long i 'll keep it!

Aby you are the only one that can do anything about your health & well-being. We can do almost anything we set out to do. You have to want to be healthy more than you want to eat rubbish.
 
I should think about it that it's better to eat healthy than to eat rubbish.Just one day has passed and i really resist to any sweet or any kind of pie. During the day a lot of times i thought of eating sweets but i didn't give up. I'll try for second day.

Thank you for the words of motivation. Just another day passed without any sweet or pie although today i ate some bread. Sometimes i feel i need to eat something sweet but i think it is' nt so need as a daily motion. However i ' ll try for another day with the same challenge.

Old habits are hard to break, but it can be done. Well done on another day without sweets or pie ABY.
 
Another 3rd day without sweet or pie although i had some kind of bread and few nachos.All this kind of snacks i like them a lot but i decided to avoid them for as long it needs to reach my weight goal. One day more begins and i'll face my challe ge!

5th day ahead continuing with the challenge of avoiding eating sweets or pies. I haven't really see great difference in weight loss but i feel that i eat more healthy. The 5th day would be a test day as i would be a lot of hours outside home and so it would be more difficult to resist to food temptation.

Today was a really difficult day as i had forseen. I felt tired some moments during the day and i was really near to eat comfortable foods.However i had controllled myself for another day. Today i ate only whole grain bread that's something positive. I resisted also eating sweets that have been brought to me.So another day begins the 6th. I'll stay to my challenge without cheating for another day. I am just worring if this makes me tired during the day but i 'll follow my diet plan.

ABY, do you eat fresh fruit? Do you drink much water? A piece of fruit as a snack during the day can help give you some energy. Not eating pies or sugary food won't be making you tired. Well done on another successful day.
 
Thank you Cate and Mystic for your response. I really try to eat fruits when i want to eat something sweet. I have done well so far with sweets.Now is the
9th day.I can't say that it's getting easier as the time pass.Contrary you feel that something you loss more intense specially during the evening. The next day is the 10th and i continue.Neither i see great difference in weight.However i feel i eat more healthy and that thought makes me continue.I can't use "tapatalk" at least for 2 days and that is very incoinvinient.I" ll try to find what is wrong and i can"t connect.Bye for now!
 
You will start to feel better as you cut down the sugar. I can't use Tapatalk either. I may have to delete it & re-install it I think. It will be because of the change to the forum platform. I'll let you know how it works. I just tried but it said my account didn't exist so I had to start a new one. Maybe leave it a day or two.
 
TapaTalk is not going to be supported on the forum any longer, Admin has said the forum software itself is Phone friendly. The forum was swamped with tons of spam from TapaTalk
