Getting back on track is the right thing to do. I know your weight will come down, just keep at it! You can do this.
 
Sadakie it's not going too well. I'm not finishing the kid's leftovers but am eating a lot of other stuff. Plus I'm finding it super difficult getting back on track. ☹
 
Cate and Alligatorob thanks for the words of encouragement. I am so way off track right now and find it almost impossible to correct it again.
 
Don't ever give up hope, hon. You may be off course right now, but just make sure you don't regain the weight. It's never easy. Keep your eye on where you want to go xo
 
It IS hard. It just is. But every little thing helps, even if it´s just adding a healthy thing to a meal instead of taking an unhealthy thing away.
 
I weighed myself the last few days and my weight seems to be at a standstill. I'm counting calories and definitley know Im at a deficit. I'm feeling pretty discouraged.

don’t feel discouraged!!! I find sometimes the scales not accurate in terms of water weight, muscle gains.. etc...

Do you weight yourself at the same time each day? Maybe wait a few more days!! Keep us updated :)
 
We never stop learning & one thing I know is that we should never give up. I also know that you weigh less now than when you started in here, so you are ahead. Stick with it, refocus & move on. I'm barracking for you!
 
Maybe try to write a little more often. Track everything you ate, even if you´re not happy with it. Get any frustrations out, stream-of-consciousness writing about what´s troubling you (even if you delete it afterward), whatever could help you stay on track.
