Calories too low. No where near enough veggies. Fiber too low. Fat too low. If you mean a 'can' of tuna, I don't think that's right. Not only is total intake important, but also timing. So a breakdown would be beneficial in looking and analyzing.
 
Man if your going to have one of your macros so low, might as well make it carbs
Better have your carbs at 20grams rather than fat at 20grams.

Man I am stuffed how could i possibly eat more!


  • Breakfast 7am bowl of cereal
  • Red Bull around 9am
  • Lunch cafeteria salad bar; had 2 huge scoops of tuna (about a cup and a half worth) and about a cup of sliced grilled chicken breast and about a cup of green beans and a few raw broccoli stalks 12:10pm
  • Got home at around 4 went to the gym at 4:30
  • got home about 6, made dinner at 6:30 a cup or more of corn and a grilled chicken breast
  • tonight ill prob have blueberries, about a cup of them

went to the gym, did

  • 3x sets of 15 reps nautilus leg press 340 lbs
  • 3x sets of 15 reps nautilus seated calf 110 lbs
  • 3x sets of 25 reps nautilus seated ab machine 85 lbs
  • 3x sets of 15 reps nautilus oblique machine 110 lbs
  • 3x sets of 10 reps nautilus mid row machine 125 lbs
  • 3x sets of 10 reps nautilus some machine where you sit and push your arms down, works the back of the bicep... starts with an E i think? 125lbs
  • 3x sets of 10 reps nautilus seated chest machine, 50 lbs lol
  • 20 Mins - Elliptical Machine on setting 9/20, Fat Burner Mode.. burned 350 cals off it.


heres my measurements

  • 5'10"
  • 185 lbs
  • legs that are ****ing huge cause im overweight
  • 1 inch of fat around all of my body
  • i could stick my goddamn belly fat in a cereal bowl - and then some

How many calories were you eating before?

Usually you tend to hear overweight people crying about how hungry they are on a low-calorie diet, never heard of one that still is stuffed.
 
2500-2700 calories tons of pizza, hamburgers, chocolate bars, cokeacola all that ****. I remember eating a ferrero rocher box of 12 in an entire sitting.. :)

Don't want to lower your calories too far. Shoot for 2000-2200 of clean food and see where that gets you. Try and get those extra calories from fat. Such as natty PB, almonds, etc.
