Welcome to your team thread, TEAM VICTORY!!!

I'll make this short and sweet: this competition runs till March 22, 10 wks. There will be a prize for the single member who loses the biggest percentage of weight. AND for the winning team that brings in the most overall points. ALSO, while I am asking that you post the number of lbs lost in your chart...that is for fun, its is only the % of loss that will count.

POINTS:
5 points for every % lost (please give yourself 2.5 points if at the end of the challenge you end up with a half % (1.5% =7.5points)
1 point for every 30 mins of exercise..ONE HOUR MAX DAILY
Points for mini challenges may vary.

The missing people may turn up still.

San only turned up for GOLD yesterday after she had lost track of when the start date was.

If they do not turn up - I expect that Korrie will average your points and multiply them. That is what we usually did to deal with uneven team sizes.

Team, I think we should all post regular updates (like the other teams) to help encourage each other.
Here's my workouts so far:
30 minutes of tread mill. and watching my food intake.
305lb to 299lb so far
I have a friend coming over tonight to punch and kick on my heavy bag tonight and other various calesthenics, light weight lifting, etc... should be fun.
 
last night was my rest night but I still went on a half hour walk with the dogs
tonight I will go hard again :)

Welcome Monster! You are doing great. I think the reason we were not posting to this thread is because we had to wait for all team members to post their score sheets before we could post...and we were trying to give everyone time. We started posting to another thread into the interim.

I am happy we are finally able to post on our very own thread, Don't be disappointed ~Tasha~ we will do great and I am sure there are some adjustments that can be made for any team whose numbers are low or decline. Glad to hear that you are doing so well with the exercise! Keep it up :D

I found out today that the gym at my school is free to all students...this is a five story monster gym with all sorts of features. I signed the waiver today and plan on working out there on Wednesday. Did my hour walk today but still not as good with food as I need to be. Prepared my fruits and veggies so the rest of the week should be smooth sailing :D

Did the workout today. My friend didn't really know how to punch very well, so I spent a lot of time teaching him how to stand, punch properly, etc,.... still I can feel the fatigue in arms and I worked up a decent sweat so I'll call it a success.
 
Monster - 6 pounds is very impressive in a three days.
Well.... you know how easily the first few pounds come off. Still, it will make keeping my goal that much easier!
I'm telling you guys. I'm BURNING to win. My only concern is finding another team challenge after this one to keep fueling my fire! :flame::flame::flame:

Hello Team Victory :) Sorry I haven't been posting. In life when it rains it pours. Car broke down and had to get it fixed. Sick child, now I'm sick. Not to worry my eating is on track
