Why is it that people talk on the cell phone while at the gym...leave it in the car people, it will be there when you get back in it-sheesh!

WHy is it that even though it's fried chicken, cheese, bacon, eggs, and ranch dressing, McDonalds still calls their salads salad?

Why is it that people wont eat something that trys to be healthy because they heard its not as healthy as they were lead to believe then go off and have a something far worse that doesn't even pretend to be remotely healthy.
 
Why is it that my sister when ordering a pizza says "only cut it into 6 slices, im not that hungry" - when its the same freaking pizza cut into 8 or 12 :mad:

Why is it that every time I go to use the SQUAT rack, some young kid is over there using it for barbell bicep curls with an empty bar?

You are on the right track in achieving your goals. I suggest adding 500 crunches a day and the rest will fall into place. :D

That is so true. There is this woman who avoids the 17steps down to the gym by using the elevator. Then she gets in the gym and spends 25mins on the STEP MACHINE!!!!
 
Ha, SO true. I like to park close too but if there isn't one open I park where one is. I see people drive cirlces around the parking lot or wait for people to get out.

Come on people consider it as part of your warm up or something LOL, besides it's not that far:eek:
