5mile race for sale harriers in 24mins
done muay thai,karate,kung-fu.
also good standard amatuer footballer(soccer)
in all that time i have kept up my weight training with some slack times
all in all i have been in the gym for over 30yrs
i also have certificates for fitness so i think i have a bit more than basic knowledge.
if you want to carry on being so obbsesed by meal timings then that is your option.
i will carry on having man sized meals and enjoying them

while still getting IMO the same results as you are.
