For me, I prefer a tall, clean-cut, athletically built man. The thought of a firm body against mine while giving him a hug is a huge turn on. Think Edward Norton circa '98 in "American History X" as the reformed Derek Vinyard.
Overall though, personality holds the most importance and it can either make or break my judgment on someone. I've met some extremely handsome fellas who've turned out to be complete jerks and have later looked ugly to me; while with people whom I've originally thought were painful to the eyes with the best personalities gradually became very physically attractive.
