LOL or we could simplify it a bit.

Rides Pencil Dicks

2 Dicks on the same page. Coincidence or something more?

That reminds me of one scene in "Blades of Glory" where a hot dog vendor is asked what he thinks about two male figure skaters and he holds out a hot dog bun with two hot dogs in it...

LMAO!

How are you Richard?

Are you recovering good?

I hope you are doing well, my friend.

Best regards,

Chillen

Thanks for asking, Chillen!

Yes, I am recovering just fine. Pain is rare. I am going through some hot/cold flashes similar to having a flu, but not nearly as bad. In large part, I feel almost complete healed, but I am allowing my body's resources to focus on the internal and external healing without having to compete with muscles. There will be plenty of time for more active exercise programs after a couple of weeks. I think everyone who knows me knows that I will get back into this a very big way.

Incidentally, my body weight this morning was 195 which is down 5 pounds since I got out of the hospital. My body weight was the same coming out as it was going in. So, I think I gained a lot of water weight in the hospital and certainly didn't eat much in the hospital so that when I got out and started "drying up", my body weight now reflects my true weight.

I have set a new target goal of 185 which I hope to attain within 2 - 3 months.

Richard

are ya ready to get center punched with a raquetball again? :jump1:

Not yet, but in 8 weeks I'll be able to take yer cheap shots!!!

Todd doest realize just how powerful the "adapting machine" of the human body can be. You have been restored to your full potential and when he gives you the cheap shot, your body is now the friggen racket, and you will hit back with a winner, and he will stand there in friggen amazement, brotha!

You have been restored, you will not be ignored, and beating Todd will be one your rewards.

He, he

Chillen :)

Fine you want Norwegian I'll wear my Viking suit.

You can smack me and call me Leaf.

Leaf? what kind of name is that?

It's not a Viking suit, it's an armor! :D

And Tom, Norway won't sink anytime soon, too many mountains.
