What have you done that 99% of WLF'ers have not?

-Worked in an orphanage in India for 3 weeks
-Had Ray Allen sign my coffee mug
-Cut my eye open once

OK. I've decided that this is a competition :sifone: So since I'm not to be outdone, here goes:

I've had sex with two men. At the same time. And neither of them were heterosexual.

I'm not sure that bears testimony to the fact that I'm a certified freak, though :D

Some other things I've done:

Trained for the Olympics ... twice. Only made the gymnastics team as an alternate. Never made the Oly track team.

I was a topless dancer at the Tropicana in Las Vegas for two years ... I actually met some really nice people there. This isn't something that most people would do, but I did it to pay off my student loans and coaches/trainers after I hung up my track shoes. I was in debt up to my fucking eyeballs.

Can't think of anything else that exciting ...

I submitted my resume to be head coach of the New York Giants in the early 90s-- when Handley the idiot got canned - my reasoning was I couldn't do worse than he did - and I loved the team and loved the game and I'd do an awesome job... (I still have the "although your qualifications are quite exceptional... " letter from George Young somewhere :) That owuld have been so cool... being head coach of an NFL team.. :D

LOL.
Good job :D

- At 9-years-old I was a DALLAS freak and never missed a show even when my parents did.
My parents took me to the Southfork Ranch for a "wrap party" that was
open to the public.
JR (Larry Hagman) gave me a huge hug and signed a million dollar bill for me. Too bad it was a fake one. *snorts*

- Age 11 - We were on the way home from church in my dad's pick-up truck going over Lake Ray Hubbard when we saw an 18-wheeler cross over and begin flipping right in front of us. (It was a gas tanker)
We came so close to driving into the truck..
Dad got us to the otherside of the hwy quick and then jumped out to try and help the poor trucker bc now it was on fire.
My dad and 2 other men pulled him out. He was on fire and they put him out.
We drove back to church bc of course now the hwy was shut down.
We learned a few hours later that my friend from Sunday school and her parents were knocked in the lake by the truck and drowned in their car.

To this day I cannot drive on the hwy.
Most often I can't even be a passenger bc of all the trucks.
I have massive panic attacks.

- At 13 on my parents porch we watched a F-4 tornado coming right at us..
Once it was less than 2 ml away it went back up...

Besides JR I have had only one more Celeb run in..

- State Fair of Texas
(My son is now 15)
When he was 6 I was watching him on one of the rides when I noticed this little girl (like 3) crying for her dad. She was lost.
I picked her up and asked if she could see him as we walked around.
She said, "There he is...."
It was Brett Hull from the Dallas Stars hockey team.. lol

Even more super cool.......I was wearing my Stars jersey with his #
:coolgleamA:

He was really sweet and thanked me..He gave me a big hug..

I fell in hot ashes in the Kanab desert and a medicine man picked me up and put me in a river then we had to wait 4 hours to get to a hospital

I've been a vegetarian since i was three

I was raised Hare Krishna

i come from 8 generations of psychics , the family business continues today

at 15 I also own my own business

I have familial hyperkalemic periodic paralysis

My mom was a lesbian

- I am the youngest person to hit an over-the-fence HR at a college baseball stadium in the state of Ohio
- In Tony Hawk's Pro-Skater 2, I got a high score that was so high, my score actually started going backwards (13,000,000 and it starts going backwards)

i lived/worked in italy for 2 years when i was 18. had a fabulous time...loved the food, the fashion & the men were quite easy on the eye too LOL

only fly in the ointment (not a saying i've ever said before..!) was i kept getting sacked from my jobs...it was them not me...honest...being an :Angel_anim:& all!! anyway long story short the embassy in rome kept a big black book on the counter full of jobs available in the city...for teaching english/nannies etc but in the end they go so fed up of me going back all the time looking for yet another new job that they barred me from it in the end...not only that but they contacted my mother & got her to send me a plane ticket. i was not best pleased after all she was the reason i'd wanted to get away from the UK in the first place!!

Man Im a loser I dont know if I have done anything as cool as you guys.

Ive meet one republic. High fives from all the boys. Drew hugged me and said great job for being a photographer. He was a bit intoxicated I think lol. I was shooting backstage at a concert they were playing at. I have also met joss stone, boys to men,and drake bell(snotty kid)

I have had kidney stones (um not cool)

Im 21 so I have alot of time to do better things...

the coolest thing I've ever done

I brought a man back after he was in cardiac arrest for over 10 minutes. And this is only way cool because I wasn't at the hospital at the time. I was at the gym when he went down. So all I had was my hands and thank God the gym had a AED. it was freaking sweet! (im a paramedic by the way) so even though it's my job it is just so incredible to me, because I wasn't in a desired setting. The man acually wrote me a thank you note when he got out the hospital!

I'm bringing this thread back cause it's awesome and I want to see if anyone has anything new to add!

I can't think of anything for me, really. I'm pretty dull!

I read every single book in the childrens section of my local library (around 350) before I was 12 and was the only child granted an adults pass.

I have some sexy ones but they are hidden in my diary! Not sure if here is the place.

Although....

I set up & ran two escort agencies yrs ago...incl one for the ladies!!

Baglady, you are AWESOME!

Will try and think of some more cool things I've done.

Anyone else?

^ nice thread. I'm sort of in the same boat, not too much exciting, except for the sort of small daily things.
I once out chugged the "fastest" chugger in Akron, Ohio....
I was the only guy to ever identify a random stranger's tattoo!!! I was at BP station in Cleveland and there was this guy standing next to me with sort of a strange tattoo. I looked carefully and realize it was a Mandarin Goby, which is a really awesome reef tank fish, so I asked the guy if he kept a reef aquarium, and he looked me and asked me "How did you know" and I said "it's your tattoo, that's a mandarin goby, right?"
And the guy looked at me like his $200 wasn't wasted after all. He said I was the only person to ever know what was tattooed on his leg. LOL.. he said a lot of people thought it was a dragon or something. He shook my hand and just looked at me like I was his hero, which I guess I was for all of five minutes. Good Times... ROFL... Yes, I was a real fish geek at one time. I'm sort of amazed by them since they're just so alien. So we talked fish for a while, and went on our way.

That's a cool story :) I wish I was more educated about fish--I'd love to have a tropical tank with some fishes one day but it's not fair to get them if you don't know how to care for them properly!

While I could type about fish for hours, I will keep this very, very short. (maybe I'll start a new thread later). For your first fish, select ones that live in water with similar hardness and pH similiar to your own. While S.American tropicals are extremely popular, they live in acidic, soft water, which is a poor choice for beginning fishkeepers in Ohio. There's a pretty strict set of rules you have to follow if you want to be sucessful, but the hardest part is keeping your fish alive past the first month!

Could someone define WLF for me, please?
