I drink water, water with lemon juice, coffee with milk, green tea, and puerh tea. I stopped drinking soda, fruit juice, and most alcohol.
I would really like some club soda but I can't get that around here. With club soda I can at least have the fizzy stuff and feel like I am getting a treat but without the guilt.

I do still like my booze, but most free evenings I now limit myself to a couple of glasses of red wine. Previously I would guzzle down four cans of beer, or a bottle of port - so the red wine (rich in antioxidants or at least so I understand) is quite an achievement. To help me get into this habit, I buy these disgusting little cans of French red wine from a local superstore - one an evening is my limit. Well, except for the weekend
I do also drink more water now - the higher fibre intake seems to demand it.
