What does everyone drink

water, green tea, or warm water with lemon juice and ginger in it. Also drink smoothies and fruit juices. Cut out the coffee a few months ago, cried for about 2 days while coming off it.:)

Water, diet coke, tea, coffee.

Basically if you abstain from sugary drinks, you've paid half the rent.

i drink water but only when am thirsty, i find it very difficult to drink the recomended amount of water, i believe its something like 6 glasses a day. sometimes when i desperately need a hot drink, i have some green tea with no sugar, but boy is it disgusting.

Well to sweeten it up a little bit you can use a sugar substitute? and Water is hard to drink but you just gotta force yourself and then you'll get used to it..Ithink its 8 full 8oz. glasses that is recommended:)

I agree with shanice. Eliminating sugary drinks seems to be enough. Of course excess alcohol consumption brings in way too many calories, so this should be regulated also.

(sometimes with Crystal Light Raspberry Ice Powder mixed in)

I love this stuff too! I drink mostly water, but if I'm craving something fizzy I'll have a diet pop with tons of ice.

that stuff tastes gross even with sugar in it, he he, am actually forcing my self to drink more water now days, when i dont i get headaches and wooziness.

1.5 -2 gallons of Water a day, skim milk, and Decaf coffee only!! I used to drink 10-12 Mountain dews a day!! Now 1 cup of caffinated coffe and I feel like my heart is racing. I have been off of pop for about 1 year. Haven't really drink any since. Afaid it is like cigarettes. To easy to start again once you have one :) I have tried Coke zero and didn't care for it. Still crave Mounatin dew. I also looked into powerade and Gatorade but it seems like they have to much sodium & sugar for me. The Nestle pure life flavored water is good has a little salt though.

Good idea on the tread. Maybe somebody has a good suggestion beside water.

Thanks,
Mike Ogorek

Near enough 100% water. But, it's Perfectly Clear Flavoured Water.

If I have a beer it would be Fosters. But I drink very rarely.

I drink a ton of water, at least 2 giant water bottles a day. I don't much like juice (too sweet), or regular soda (tastes like syrup) or diet soda (tastes like chemicals). However, I loooooove a cup or 2 of coffee in the morning (with creamer) and sometimes a sugar free Red Bull at lunch if I'm really dragging.
My downfall is drinking. I've cut back on wine and switched to light beer or a small Scotch.

Yeah, when I started watching my diet, highly processed foods/drinks started tasting like chemicals..

I was drinking tea w/ nutra sweet or splenda. Im allowing myself 1 tea w/ splenda or soda a day. Diet Coke. Other then that its water from now on.

Mostly water, probably too much coffee.

Funny thing I noticed...when I gave up diet sodas, I quit craving sweets.

I occasonally have a dr pepper with lotsa ice...maybe 1 every couple of weeks.

Recently I had a lot of stress at work, so I tried energising cola with taurin... it helped a lot, actually, I never though it would!
