Hello all, love to hear what everyone drinks during the day. Do you drink sodas, coffee, tea, water or what. First off I do not want to advertise my business so do not click on my tag below if that would upset you because it takes you to my link. I simply want to know what everyone is drinking or what they consider to be good. Do not worry, I will not hound anybody and my business does has to do with water so it is not some wierd thing. If you have not guessed, I beleive water is the best drink.

I now drink nothing but water and a minimum of 2 litres a day...

Distilled water of course. Beverages I drink gatorade rain, hawaiian punch light, and other light fruit juices. Sucralose is the only artifical sweetener I will drink. Beer, I drink bud ice light.

I drink Caffeine free Diet Soda... Walmart brand most of the time.
It contains ALOT less sodium than name brand sodas and tastes alot better imo.

Water mostly, I do drink sodas but not very often. Sometimes I'll crave a Sprite, I'm new to Diet coke so sometimes I'll have one.
Right now I'm pregnant so I only drink water, my mom's homemade lemonade or Jamaica (don't know ever anyone has ever had that)....and..hmmm..water!

Between 64 and 80 (!!!) oz of water a day. And believe me, I'm not forcing myself. I'm just that thirsty. I have drymouth from a medication, so I'm always guzzling water. Sometimes I have a cup of tea, sometimes I have a diet soda, sometimes a cup of coffee, sometimes a glass of juice, but the bulk of it is definitely water.

Lots of water - it boosts your metabolism and is a good way to keep your digestion regular. Sometimes I'll have a diet pop - it's actually really good for you to have some sort of caffeine source prior to working out.. it boosts your metabolism as well. Some studies say that the best way to do it is 2 coffees/diet pops a day(morning/lunch) so your body has two separate boosts of caffeine. Once you ass the sugar/milk to it though it's no longer beneficial! A good thing to drink during pregnancy is cranberry juice. It keeps your bowels and all that jazz down there clean and working properly. Caffeine ofcourse is a no - no. The key to drinking juices is to make sure there's not tons of sugar added. Or - buy a juicer! That's my next move!

I drink diet coke (lemon & cherry are firm faves), sugar free red bull, pure fruit smoothies and water. I HATE concentrated fruit juices, so fake. And i also really do not see the point in drinking full sugar versions of drinks when there is a sugar free alternative.

I drink diet sodas, grapefruit juice, and water now that I am dieting
I used to consume a lot of juice, cranberry juice, OJ, and fruity juices. I was convinced that juice was better than soda but now I see that juice contains lots of fructose!

diet soda

I drink waayy too much diet soda. Probably about 10 cans a day! But it is the one thing that I really enjoy, and doesn't add the extra calories. I gets very expensive, but it is a way to get my water in without disgusting myself. I just hope all the aspartame doesn't kill my brain someday. Although, I've been doing this for 10 years and no problems yet....[/COLOR]

I drink iced tea with splenda. I used to drink nothing but diet coke with splenda. I thought I would miss the bubbles. I found out I didn't. Can't drink plain water. (It rusts your insides) ;)

I Love regular pepsi. Before my diet, which started Wednesday, I would drink up to 8 cans a day:eek:! I hate plain water. I found Lipton Green Tea To Go which I can add to water and am able to drink up to 75 ounces of water a day now. It comes in 4 different flavors. (0 calories, 0 carbs, 0 sodium, 0 protien) My pepsi intake has gone down to 1-2 cans per day. It's an improvement.:D

Diet everything. no juice (too much sugar, no fiber--rather eat the fruit). plenty of miller lite

I'm a thermal nightmare, so I drink CONSTANTLY all freakin' day... which annoys even me at times... but I require it so whatever... beside the point.

Anyhow, I drink 1 Gal water per day, Propel, tea (green/oolong/etc), juice (orange, apple), Naked Juice (various).

water. lots and lots of water. at least 2 liters a day if not more.
i try to also get in 2 glasses of milk a day.
occaisionally i'll treat myself to a homemade smoothie as a dessert.
if it's celebratory meal, sometimes i'll down a diet soda but that's very rare now.

I drink mostly sparkling water it has flavor without any calories sugars carbs or sodium....basically just like water....I don't care for soda anymore it makes me feel kinda sick and I've heard that diet soda can cause you to crave sugary things:confused:
