What can I do at my age?

Maximuscle Cyclone is aged 16+. Do you reckon it's ok if I take it? I turned 15 last monday.

Never heard of it, what is it? Weight Gainer Formula?

Honestly I don't get to into supplements. Good protein shake, maybe glutamine and creatine. That's all I've ever really taken anyway, may very well be some good stuff out there but I'm not up to date on it any of it.

I'm always very wary of those 'all in one' supplements. You can never be sure of the quality of the ingredients, and often there's just a bunch of stuff thrown in that has little evidence to back up if it works. And if you have a negative reaction you won't know which ingredient caused it.

You're young, so the biggest thing you have going for you is the natural testosterone flowing through your veins. Eat right and train hard and you should get good results that way. See how far you can get that way before worrying too much about supplements.

This is it, Aubry. It says 16+ to use it, but would it be okay if I took it?

if you eat right and train hard you shouldnt need that stuff. im 15 also, started working out and eating right halfway threw the school year and ive gained 20 lbs of lean muscle. the only supplement i take is protein shakes. i was thinking about taking stuff life that weight gain crap at one point, but heard most of it was junk so i didnt waste my money. you should do the same. eating right and training as hard as you can makes all the difference in the world, believe me. if you do end up taking that stuff, look in to why you should wait till you 16, theres probaly a good reason for it

I do not mean to disappoint but gaining 20 pounds of muscle in half a year is not possible. At least going it the natural way:p.

by half way through the year i ment half way through last year, around when school started in august.

You probably grew taller. Height makes a huge difference in weight. When I was 13 I started doing really weak bench presses and cheat curls from time to time. When I heard someone complaining about how putting on 20 lbs of muscle in 6 months is impossible, I scoffed.

My logic went like this:

Since I am touching heavier things
And since weight lifting creates muscle
And since I have been doing this for about half a year
And since I have gained 25 lbs

I therefore put on 25 lbs of muscle.

Too bad I grew like 6 inches...

I can't answer as to whether it would be okay at your age or not. That would be a doctor or accredited trainer's call.

I saw whey, creatine, and glutamine though so that sounds pretty solid. What that other stuff is I have no idea. Thing about supplements is that every year or so "The next big thing" comes out, then in a year it's replaced as "The next big thing" and drops off into obscurity. Creatine and Glutamine have been around a while and are pretty well know. I think Whey protien is agreed to be best as far as shakes go.

From a layman's perspective though it looks to be a bit light on carbs for a post workout shake. And whatever else they are putting in to it is likely just for the purpose of jacking up the price. It doesn't appear to be too off the wall for a supplement though. If the price is alright for you it might be worth it. Like I said though, talk with someone with a framed degree on the wall about whether it's okay for you to take. Likely they'll tell you half of the jargon is BS though ;) .

I've put on 36 pounds in 10 months and only gained a small amount of body fat. If you're starting from a low point of development then I bet 20 pounds of muscle in 6 months is possible. (I take no suppliments, just have a very regulated diet)

My only advice for the OP is to eat a lot of good food (maybe 3,000 Kcals a day) and do all your compounds religeously.
If you want to bulk up then maybe knock any cardio stuff on the head for a while too
