Wes has helped me for the past month and I have lost around 15lbs from his exercises that he told me to do.. and I can't wait for his future help either!!!

lol i aint stopping! sure I lost weight but I still have loose skin and a bit of a stomach still.... need to tone everything up! I really enjoy the exercises that you planned for me though!

Zottman Curls 3 sets 8,7,7 reps


what are these? :D

They're an old strongman lift for the forearms and biceps. I learned about them because Bruce Lee did them (his forearms are legendary) as did Steve Reeves. Ive always been a forearm fanatic and because my forearms suck (very skinny with short attachements) ive had to learn stuff like this to get them to grow.

Heres a basic idea of how to do them although i usually add a few tweaks to them.

FWIW i think all the zottman clips suck on youtube and dont do the exercise justice. When i do them its all one fluid motion and i sometimes do them inside out and outside in (technically called a dumbell circle). Or in other words i bring them in towards my chest(centre of my chest) as i bring them up (like a close grip curl) and then outside my chest on the way down and the reverse it for the next rep. Out side away from my chest (like a wide gfrip curl) on the way up and in towards my chest on the way down.

Two scoops of Oatmeal and one spoon of flax seeds, blended to powder

Add cold water, one banana, Berries, apple cider vinager (I read a study where the acid in ACV showed reduction in recovery time and less muscle stiffness. Trying it now to see if it'll help me), and a liquid multi vitamin.
The protein powder used is a no flavor unsweetened impact whey isolate from England.

LOL ive been wanting to use that for a while. I do both arms and legs at the same time. Ive had some lower back issues so im trying to work my core better.
