In Australia you work out how many points according to your weight e.g.:
Women 18+
64kg and under 18 points
65 to 79 kg 20
80 to 94kg 22
95 to 109kg 23
110 to 124kg 24
125 to 139kg 25
140kg and over 26
men 18+
64kg and under 20
65 to 79 kg 22
80 to 94kg 24
95 to 109kg 25
110 to 124kg 26
125 to 139kg 27
140kg and over 28
each day you must eat all your points or it dosen't work.
