Hey I'm new, just came accross this forum, but im actively trying to cut down and drop to 120lbs again...my weight has gone up since starting my new job (god those nasty treats)! i rejoined the gym today so back at my classes...after looking and reading through the thread I must say everyone is doing sooooo well! Well done everyone!

I weigh in at today 131lbs

4th- 137.6 I know it's dehydration from going out last night, but I just freaking love seeing that number:hurray:

LOL. I had my dehydration day the first day of the Christmas challenge - woke up a full 3 pounds lighter than the prior morning, complete with dehydration headache. Shoulda had some pretzels and a big bottle of water as a bedtime snack, I guess. :)

Today off my scales 475 lb weight limit :ack2::piggy:

everyone has to start somewhere... 1 month from now, you won't be that weight... just put one foot in front of theother and take itone day at a time...
