I know the feeling. I didn't want to weigh today, because I drank a lot of water and had no exercise yesterday so I knew I was going to be up again, but oh well.
As far as stress eating, I don't handle it all that well. I'm a night eater also so what I try to do is save 1/2 of a calories strictly for night. I don't eat a lot in the mornings so that helps. So usually after dinner, I have 400-500 calories to play with for late night snacks. I know it's not the best solution, but as long as I am staying under a calorie deficit, it will have to work for now.
Going to bed hungry and hot, at least I can take care of the hungry part.
Yeah I have the same pattern, I eat later in the day and then I can eat more. I'm an emotional eater, have always struggled with that. Yesterday I felt depressed and stressed so I ate a whole bunch of wheat tortillas and those things have so many calories. Plus it's gluten and I get inflamed but did I care..no, lol. Anyways, just need to work towards a deficit today and stick to exercise. Thanks Tom Have a good one.
