i seem to keep going with this thread and have lost alot of weight since it started. loseing 19lbs so far i think i`m doing great and i`m back on it after the busy christmas period.

You can't be too chunky! I am 4'3" and 3/4 just a little under you in height. Today I weight 150.6 without clothes and shoes. Click on my name and it will take you to my file. That picture was taking around Chistmas of 2009 and I weight 150 with clothes and shoes on.
