I'm back! Well I had visitors in town for almost a month and a half and not a minute to myself! So there was a large gap in my gym visits (I did swim often though) and I did splurge a teeny bit on the eating so didn't lose much, mostly maintained. I have been back to the gym and back on my firm eating plan and I have lost three lbs this week. I think I did well considering I had a house full of junk food and beer lovers here!
