How do you guys do those cool tables?

Hon, I just looked for a table I liked and then hit "reply with quote". Then you take off the first and last set of brackets that make it a quote and change the data in the table to yours. After that you can just keep quoting yourself the same way. I'm sure there's some techies on here who know other ways, but I found what worked for me.

Making a table is actually pretty easy... Just go to the reply screen (Not quick reply) and click the blue button on the upper left corner. It says: "Switch to editor WYSIWYG Mode". Then you just click on the table button, customize it as you want, and that's it.

Well that weigh-in sucked. But understandable since I ate a ton of horrible food last night and kept eating even though I knew I was full... BAD! But determined to make up for it this month. One day at a time.

My weight of today (97.9 Kg) is higher than the last two days, I'm hoping it is just water.
Even though I'm below my "expected weight", I'm not really happy with the progression. I did great the first two weeks, the other two not so much.

Well I did rally late and had actually got down to 220 late last week. But Friday night festivities did me in. Still, losing seven pounds in a month at this stage of the game is acceptable.
