That's a bad start. I have plenty of time to right the ship, but my complacency lately has to go.

NOT IMPRESSED :( But shall see how this week goes. Cousins wedding on Saturday, functions for the wedding tomorrow, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Can't control what food will be there but can try to stick to salads and small portions of everything. *sigh* Not looking good :(

Nowhere near being on track, but still, a loss is a loss, and after last weeks extended cheat-day, plus being forced to stay away from the gym for two days, I guess I can't complain. Not sure if I will be able to catch up this month, but I guess as long as the numbers go down, that's a good thing.

Looks like everybody else is doing well as well. Just remember that even if it's just small steps sometimes, as long as they go into the right direction, you'll still reach your goal eventually! :)

Much improved, particularly since I was at 224 yesterday. Four pounds to go.
 
Starting weight - September 1st - 205 lbs
September 8th Goal - 200 - Actual - 198.4 {6.6 lb Loss}
September 15th Goal - 195 - Actual - 193 {5.4 lb Loss}
September 22nd Goal - 190
September 29th Goal - 185

Finally seeing some solid progress after stalling for over a month! Awww yeah :D
 
Not at all impressed with my progress...but can't be too surprised either since I have done zero exercising.

A little bit better than the last few weeks, and I caught up to my goal. Still behind, but not as bad anymore. Surprising, since I was ill most of last week and only made it to the gym once. Hopefully it will be better next week.

No progress for me. :(
I barely did any exercise this week, and even if I'm on a calorie deficit, I can't seem to lose weight without it.
