With holiday and birthday, this month is going to be more maintainence, so expecting it to go up first half of month, then back to how i was second half :( Not progress, but at least not failings if I manage it!

My targets might be a bit high considering my weight but I prefer to set higher ones to stay totally motivated even if in the end I don't reach them - that is just how I work :p

I'm in cause I should finally be back on track!!! I can't remember exactly what the scale said on Friday but it was roughly 150 (I was 137 at my lowest!) however at least a few pounds are water weight so I'm hoping that the scale will drop quickly!

Hoping to get down to 143! 7 pounds but since I hope a lot of my current weight is water weight I hoping to make it!

Okay gonna give this a go:

September 2: 229.5
September 9 - Pace = 226.0
September 16 - Pace = 224.3
September 23 - Pace = 222.6
September 30 - Goal = 221

Had a bad day diet wise on Saturday, so once that nonsense clears I should lose a decent amount. I think I've suffered from a little bit of complacency lately.

*sigh* New scales acting up, and had a really bad week with very erratic eating and almost no exercise, and also a visit from mother nature that I could have done without. Guess I will have to work extra hard next week.

Only a tiny drop but I only had one good day of eating so I'll take it! Will do better this next week!

Didn't lose anything, but since I haven't been able to exercise I will glad accept the .2 weight gain :) Hope to be able to start some lite exercise this week since my knee is doing much better :) Its so hard for me to lose weight when I don't exercise so I was actually surprised I didn't gain a couple pounds! We ate out a lot this week ( mcdonalds dipped cones seem to be my weakness) so We're looking to cut out fast food more then twice a week, and when we do eat out we plan to eat healthier, My fiance stayed the same this week as well so we didn't do too bad! looking forward to getting out of the house to do some hiking with the dog before the freezing weather hits us in a couple months.
