Looks like you´re doing great. How do you feel?

Feeling so-so, LaMaria. Thanks for asking. I really hurt my back at physical therapy today and had to stop the session. The therapist was puzzled because it was a very gentle move we have done many times before and not even directly working the back muscles. If it still huts after the weekend, I am supposed to see the doctor.

My energy still low but the good news is I am not having a mid-afternoon slump. I try to stay hydrated and sleep 9 hours a night and feel this helps. Also doing a meditation every day.

I have a diagnostic mammogram scheduled for next month. Really not looking forward to this, but I have learned that it is better to not ignore things until they turn into a big problem. (Hope this is not more than you wanted to know!)

Oh dear, how unpleasant! I hope you feel a little better when you wake up and a lot better by evening.
Sleeping enough and drinking lots of water make a big difference for me as well. And since most of humanity is at risk of breast cancer (even if men only make up 5% or so of patients) mentioning a mammogram can't be tmi. I hope all is well :grouphug:

Oh no! I hope your back feels better over the weekend. Take good care of it.

very true!

How do you measure your steps?

Hi alligatorob. I use a pedometer that clips on my waistband. I round down to the nearest thousand steps.

Thank you liza and LaMaria for the kind wishes. My back is better today. Hopefully tomorrow's physical therapy session will go ok.
